- Provide details and the reason for the return.

- Once approved, you will receive a credit note for against the same amount with a coupon which can be used within six months.

- Select the order you want to exchange.
- Click on "Exchange" or a similar option.
- Provide details and the reason for the exchange.
- Submit the exchange request.

- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items:
